4、 Use the infrared heating tube as heating tube. The total power is 9KW. They are installed uniformly. The equipment is divided into 3 warming areas. The temperature range is 150℃ indoor temperature.
5、The automatic conveyor system is moved from left to right. The special aluminum rail is used as conveyor rail which is installed synchronously on both sides. With 1 unit adjusting handwheel and 2 units of galvanized fixing seats, the guide rail regulator adjusts the rail at 4 points synchronously to be the effective width 50-450mm
6、Take the roller conveyor chain with 5mm longer pin as conveyor chain which is installed embedded in the aluminum guide rail. The galvanized synchronous driving wheel is equipped. There is a set of photoelectric switch at the exit end. When the board goes to the machine end, the transportation would stop. With the electric adjustable speed motor for driving motor, the rotating speed can be adjusted to be fast or slow. It is easy to operate.
